If Smallplate isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the product price of your order, even if the bottle is opened. One money-back refund per customer.
To start a refund, reply to your order confirmation email or use our contact page with your order number. If we need the bottle back, we email you a free prepaid return label to download and print; you never pay return shipping. We confirm by email and refund to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
Subscriptions
You can skip or cancel a subscription at any time before the next order is processed. Orders that have already shipped follow the policy above.
